We started by addressing the needs and concerns of the best women in the sport of cycling, who provided critical input into chamois placement, construction and design. We used premium Italian Lycra-based fabric with a light and supportive feel. Designed to be compressive for the highest levels of muscular support, the refined fit of the Signature Short enhances every ride. Featuring a yoga-style waist for excellent freedom of movement and added comfort and breathability. Finally, through many thousands of miles of testing, we've developed our custom top-spec chamois which has been universally loved by all who have tested it.

Caring for your cycling gear properly will extend its life and maintain its performance, fit and quality. Its important to consider these instructions carefully. While we stand behind the quality of our apparel, not adhering to these instructions will void our warranty against manufacturing & defects.
We strongly recommend washing your new gear before wearing it. Youll find that your apparel will soften, and fit & comfort will improve after washing - especially with bibs & shorts.
Machine wash cool, 86F (30C) with like colors: Cooler temps maintain better longevity for your apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors.
Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean: Strong detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life.
Close all fastenings: this goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel. Velcro closures or clasps can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry: Do not put your cycling apparel in the dryer. Even on low heat. Dont do it. Heat can damage fabric, elastic and heat transfer logos very easily. Lycra (Elastane) is used throughout our garments to provide compression and support and is susceptible to damage from heat and can irreparably damage your apparel.

I purchased a second pair of these after loving my first pair so much. They run true to size (I'm usually a size M, bought a size M, and they're great!). Slight compression as advertised which is very comfortable without being too tight or creating bulges! I've taken all-day road and gravel rides in these shorts and they perform perfectly. I love that they're one of few women's bike shorts that have a nice, long leg length; and that velocio is such an environmentally sustainable company. Customer service was also great!

This is a very comfortable short, offering good compression while remaining stylish. It's smaller than you would think so even though I usually buy the Velocio bib in XS, I had to get the sorts in S. I would buy it again!

These are excellent all-day-in-the-saddle shorts. Some loose threads give the initial impression of a careless product, but this is my first pair of shorts in this price range and do they ever deliver! The pad and pad cover do a great job of evacuating moisture and avoiding pressure and friction in any both endurance and downhill/aero positions. The material and product design are excellent, and I particularly like the yoga waistband which doesn't roll when riding aggressively. I am somewhat between sizes and sized up, and am glad I did: I might have liked the compression in a smaller size, but the limiting factor is the seam between the shorts and the waistband, which is quite conservative. (165cm and a trim 50kg is an unequivocal S)
