Ride starting at 40°F/4.5°C and ending at 50°F/10°C.
"Reno, Nevada has a fairly mild winter. It's almost always dry, but the high desert climate gets very cold at night and is slow to warm up in the morning, especially this time of year. Usually the lows are around 30°F, reaching 50s by the afternoon, mornings staying around 40°F. Layering is key, I often start out with lots of layers and as the sun gets higher during the ride, I'll stop and take off some layers. The LUXE bib tights are my favorite piece - they're so comfortable, and warm enough for a cool wind, but don't make me overheat in the sunny areas."
